Trip Around the Sun Quilt Pattern by Robin Ruth Design

93”x93” quilt featuring a center 32-Point Fat Robin Compass Sunflower Version 2 block paired with a Trip Around the World style quilt. The Trip Around the World portion features a unique 4-patch method to make accurate chunks which are then stacked into rows. These rows become four chunks that go together to create the background, and then the compass block and background are reverse appliquéd into the center. Larger fussy cut squares create a striking border for this quilt.
