SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS. We do our best to ensure you aren't overpaying for shipping, and if you have orders we can combine, we will. In that case, we do refund any shipping overages.
Sorry, we do not refund orders that are verified through USPS as delivered to the address on the order. USPS can verify the GPS coordinates of a delivery when scanned. We take great pride in shipping correctly to the addresses given us but when the package leaves our facility it is in the responsibility of the delivery service.
International shipping: We will do our best to ship as economically as possible and will refund any overages that were charged.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped! Once it has been given to USPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations. This particularly applies on PREORDER items as we order those fabrics based on the pre-sales of those fabrics. If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
